So There You Have It!

There is a sampling of what I have been up to this winter!!! I will try to be better at posting. Currently, I am in a scrapbooking mode. So, who knows the next "batch" may be from some pages that I have done!

I sure hope that you have had a nice Winter! Spring is on the way and I cannot wait! Whoever said living in Central New York in the winter was fun, was wrong!!!

Thanks for looking!

One of a Kind!

For this card, I used the One of a Kind Set
and matching Boho punch! As soon as
I saw this set in the new catalog I had to
have it! Well, I finally got my hands on
it and I do like it!! The flowers are so much
fun and add so much to the cards!!!

SAB masked and markered.

This card was a simple masking card. Another one that we made at the workshop. It is funny how just cutting out half of the flower adds dimension to the card. And, all of the ladies ooh'd and aah'd!

A New Technique for me!

For this card I used a technique from Split Coast Stampers. I simply stamped the flowers in white craft ink and then dabbed pastels onto the wet ink with a sponge dauber and wa-la!!! I demo'd this card last week at my workshop and the ladies loved it! It also features a ribbon slide from the Silver Hodge Podge Hardware kit! I have the kit on order and can not wait to have silver!!! Love it!!!!

Blurry SAB!

This red card, is one of my favorites! I love red anyway, but I thought that with the white this one was just purdy!!! I used my first build a brad on this card and really like them! I have been hoarding them since they became available, but finally have convinced myself that I can use them and buy more. And, since making this card I have used some of the build a brads in my scrapbooks also!!!

Simple SAB card!

This card was made with textured cardstock, that may not be very noticeable in picture. In real life, it really is snazzy!!!

Playing with SAB sets and ribbon!

Here is a card that I made with the SAB
simply scallops set. Quite simple, but fun!

I used the corner rounder punch to create the scallops. And, I used my Crop-A-Dile
to punch the scallop punch on the stamped image.

St. Patricks Day!

We are not Irish, but I can not ignore a temptation to create something. I bought this frame at Kohl's. It is a cool window box frame. For Valentine's Day, I also made one. For this one I simply "made" shamrocks out of a heart stamp that I had and used heart shaped chipboard that I colored with a marker and then layered with Crystal Effects! Very simple and so much fun!!!

I'm Back!!

It has been a while, I know! But, after much gently prodding from my dear friend Keri...here I am! Just because I have not been blogging, does not mean that I have not been creating. Here is just a taste of what I have been up to over my "vacation." I am glad you checked in!!!
